Turning a broken CRM export into sales-ready pipeline.
If your targeting is off and your personalization is off, don't blame the campaign. Blame the data behind it.
Accounts verified for employee size and revenue
Blank LinkedIn profiles filled
Contacts given verified mobile numbers
Job titles refreshed
Pristine Data enriched a working segment of a leading digital experience platform provider's CRM: a large, aging export that looked healthy on the surface but was riddled with outdated firmographics, missing emails and mobile numbers, expired job titles, and accounts still listed under merged or defunct companies.
We ran full-scale B2B data enrichment and CRM data cleansing across the file, turning it into 10,853 clean, enriched records the client's go-to-market teams could actually build campaigns on.
Validation, correction, and enrichment across every record.
A validation pass removed 1 duplicate account and 84 duplicate plus 35 invalid contacts. Every remaining account's company name, industry, employee count, and revenue was then verified and corrected, and every contact's job title, LinkedIn profile, email, and mobile number was enriched from verified sources.
A human review pass caught what automation would have missed, including a contact whose listed title was "Travel Nurse." These were substantive corrections, not just spelling errors: 196 company names and 210 industries were repointed to a different entity or sector entirely.
