Led by operators, not a pitch deck.
Pristine AI is a team of about 20, led by three operators who've spent their careers building and delivering technology for some of the largest brands in the world.

Ashok Rajan is CEO of Pristine Data AI and Pristine AI. He's spent two decades running technology and growth for companies that scaled from startup to public to acquired, most recently leading customer adoption at 6sense through 8x growth, and before that founding Lister Digital, an agency that was later acquired by Bounteous. Earlier, he led client services and product at Oracle Marketing Cloud and Responsys, and technology at Acxiom, working at scale with brands like Nordstrom, State Farm, Kroger, and United Airlines along the way.

Gobinath is Head of Engineering at Pristine Data AI and Pristine AI. He leads the Hydrolec initiative directly, the IoT and PLC work behind the equipment monitoring system described on this site, alongside the applied AI work, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and the conversational AI agents, built into production across Pristine's platforms. Before Pristine, he led global e-commerce and reverse-logistics engineering at Likewize/Brightstar across APAC, the US, and EMEA, and before that was a technical lead at Lister Technologies, where he and Ashok first worked together. Earlier in his career, he built enterprise platforms used by IIT Madras, Franklin Templeton, and Ford, including one that won a SIIA CODiE Award.

Richard leads client services and operations at Pristine Data AI and Pristine AI, and also supports finance and product roadmap decisions across both. Before joining, he spent two decades building and running large-scale professional services and customer education businesses at PTC, Genesys, MuleSoft, Adobe, and MongoDB, consistently the highest-rated team in company-wide customer satisfaction surveys, managing global delivery teams across multiple countries, and turning an underperforming service line profitable within 18 months. That operating discipline, building services businesses that scale without losing customer trust, is what he brings to how Pristine AI runs client engagements today.
A track record before AI was the story.
In 2016, when Fred Meyer Jewelers, a Kroger division running close to 300 stores, decided to shrink its physical footprint, Ashok built the digital strategy and e-commerce platform behind the shift. The store count has kept shrinking since, while the online channel picked up the revenue.
That same pattern runs through every Pristine AI engagement: we work with clients to understand their business and shape the strategy, not just take a spec and build it.
Careers built at scale, long before this agency.
This list reflects our leadership's prior roles at other companies over the course of their careers. It is not a list of Pristine AI client engagements. Our actual client work is shown elsewhere on this site: Hydrolec, the Software & Technology engagement, Pristine Data AI, and the named GTM data clients.
